Took quite long to kick in but worked

It works, but isn't as effective as sildenafil, and with the high price it simply isn't worth it. Also I note the duration of effectivness is also much shorter.

Have your sexual activities before dinner because you won't get much action after you've eaten with this expensive waste of money. Having successfully used other ED drugs with or without food where food in the stomach delayed the effect for a short time, Spedra at the maximum dose produced no effect whatever after a moderate meal. My only reason for switching to the drug was an attempt to avoid certain side effects. On an empty stomach Spedra worked reasonably ok without the side effects but its use being so impaired by food hardly qualifies it for any type of spontaneous use. Very poor value for money.
