Payment security
The Dr Fox pharmacy website uses Trust Payments, the UKs leading independent payment service provider, to process credit and debit card payments. All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software available and is sent to the bank for instant authorisation via the Trust Payments network of payment gateways. Transactions normally take a few seconds to be processed and at no time are your payment card details at risk from cyber criminals.
For more information about Trust Payments please visit their website at www.trustpayments.com.
We accept payments by debit or credit card: Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. If for any reason your order is declined by the doctor, or you cancel the order after making a payment, then a refund will be automatically made to the same payment card.
All payments are authorised by your bank using the 3D Secure process.
Payments are processed on a 'continuous authority' basis, allowing for further payments or refunds to your payment card if necessary.
The www.doctorfox.co.uk server is scanned regularly for vulnerabilities and all sensitive data is encrypted before being transmitted between your browser and server - further information on data security.
Full payment card details are not stored on the www.doctorfox.co.uk server. If users opt to Save card details for easier re-ordering then the last 4 digits of the card, expiry date, card type, and name on card only are stored on the server.
Look for the locked padlock in your browser to indicate a secure and encrypted connection to www.doctorfox.co.uk.
