Discreet packaging and billing
What you will receive
To protect your privacy all deliveries are in sealed discreet packaging with only a return address printed on the reverse (see images below).
There is nothing to indicate contents or that it was sent from a pharmacy. Packaging may be jiffy bags or boxes.
What appears on your statement
Payments made online are marked as from 'INDEXMED' on your bank statements:
Jersey
Deliveries to Jersey now require a customs declaration affixed to outside of parcel - the item will be listed as 'Personal medicine'.
