Ok I have tried Sildenafil 100mg, but of course one product does not suit all, for me personally Cialis is the best product so far that I have used (20mg) one tablet will keep me going for 2-3 days when aroused

This little pill is amazing... had mixed results with sildenafil, strength didn't make much difference from 50mg to 100mg, it started off great but after a while the erections became less firm and only lasted for a short while. Thought we would give cialis 20mg a try with the idea of taking a half dose to start which has worked wonders...24hrs on and was still able to get a full hard erection. Stimulation is required but within seconds the erection is there. Very pleased...hopefully the patent will free up soon and the prices will drop

Am taking for BPH having found other treatments are unsuitable for me.....have noticed a big improvement I have to say especially in night urination being reduced....
