To me these were fake, they did very little. I have used these before, but got from another site and they were excellent, but these ones I got from doctorfox site did very little

Thank you for your review and very sorry the tablets did not have the desired effect on this occasion as they did when supplied previously. Please note Cialis and other oral ED tablets will only be effective with sexual stimulation. Cialis helps keep the blood in the penis once aroused. It will not initiate blood flow to the penis, so if you are not sexually aroused, the treatment will fail. It is advised to repeat the attempt several times. Our doctors are available to discuss if you need medical advice. All medicine supplied is UK licensed and sourced through regulated supply chains from manufacturers. New individual QR barcodes on medicine packs ensure counterfeit medicines cannot enter this supply chain. Unwanted medicine may be returned for a full refund.
